Welcome to Cool Stylish Names, run by a small independent team. By using this site, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose — if anything's unclear, just ask us.

1. Eligibility
   This site isn't aimed at children under 13. If you're below the age your country requires for agreeing to terms like these without a parent's say-so, please get a parent or guardian's permission first.
2. What the site is for
   Cool Stylish Names offers free tools that turn your text into styled variations — for Instagram bios, gaming usernames, chat handles, and anywhere else you'd like your name to stand out. The tools are free for personal use, no account needed. Text you generate is yours: copy it, paste it, use it wherever you like.
3. Fair use
   Please don't:
   • Hammer the site with bots or scrapers that degrade it for everyone else
   • Try to break, probe, or bypass the site's security
   • Use generated text to harass, spam, or impersonate other people
   • Use the site for anything unlawful
   If someone abuses the service, we may restrict their access — we'd rather not, but keeping the site fast for everyone comes first.
4. How the styles work
   Our styles are built from Unicode characters that mimic different fonts — they're clever character swaps, not real font files. Whether a style displays correctly depends on the device and app you're pasting into: most platforms handle them fine, but a few (especially older apps and some games) may show boxes or plain text instead. That's outside our control, so we can't guarantee every style renders perfectly everywhere.
5. Our content
   The site's design, logo, name, code, and written content belong to us — please don't copy or republish the site itself. (As noted above, this doesn't cover the text you generate with the tools. That's yours.)
6. No warranty
   The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise it'll always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
   To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site.
8. Changes to these terms
   We may update these terms now and then. If we do, the new version goes on this page with a fresh "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
